GVSU "Center" is the oldest general contractor company: initially the holding belonged to the Ministry of Defense, then it was corporatized. Now, according to SPARK-Interfax, 97% of GVSU shares belong to ZAO "Profinance". GVSU General Director Nikolai Kozeruk, who has joint development projects with MR Group, is headed by Boris Rotenberg, co-owner of the SMP Bank. This company acted as a co-investor in the construction of a part of houses in the scandalously known residential complex Tsaritsyno in the south of Moscow, the developer of which was the owner of the grain company Nastyusha Igor Pinkevych. According to a Kommersant source familiar with the situation, Kombipharma was controlled by Mr. Pinkevitch. Now the businessman is under arrest after Moscow mayor's office could not agree on the completion of the LCD, where now more than 800 people are officially deceived by co-investors. The construction of "Tsaritsyno" began in 2006 and is still ongoing, now the project of Mosotdelstroy №1, which belongs to the City Hall, is currently completing the project.

According to SPARK-Interfax, in 2014, the GVSU "Center" concluded with the "Kombibarma" a co-investment agreement for the construction of 185 apartments in the Tsaritsyno housing estate with a total area of ​​almost 10 thousand square meters. m. In the same year, KombiPharma took out a loan from Promsvyazbank (at that time it belonged to brothers Dmitry and Alexei Ananiev) for 1.5 billion rubles. As a pledge, the borrower gave shares to Yauza-Bread OJSC and OAO Moskvorechye. It also indicates that in April 2017, Promsvyazbank assigned the right to claim for a loan to the GVSU "Center". At the same time, the holding company also transferred collateral property - Yauza-Bread and Moskvorechye.

The construction of the sites on Prospekt Mira and in the 2nd Paveletskiy Proyezd can begin after the problem with other creditors of KombiPharma has been resolved.
