In Novosibirsk, the investigation of the criminal case against ex-director and co-founder of the construction company Glavnovysibirskstroy-2 of 48-year-old Ruslan Boyvanov, who is accused of embezzling more than 800 million rubles from his co-investors, was completed in Novosibirsk. For the duration of the investigation and the upcoming trial, the businessman was released. His companion Evgeny Salokha is wanted: according to operative data, he lives in Canada, where he opened his own construction business.

The prosecutor's office of the Novosibirsk region approved the indictment and sent a case to the Central District Court about the theft of more than 800 million rubles. in the interest holders of OOO Glavnoviskiskstroy-2, said the official representative of the supervisory agency Dmitry Lyamkin.

The case was opened in the autumn of 2015 by the Investigations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Novosibirsk region on appeals of defrauded co-investors who lost their apartments along with the money invested in them. Victims were recognized more than 350 clients of the construction company, the total amount of damage, it says in the case, amounted to more than 800 million rubles. The co-founders of the construction firm Ruslan Boyvanov and Evgeny Salokha became the figurants of the case.

Mr. Boyvanov was charged with particularly large fraud and money laundering (Part 4, Article 159 of the Criminal Code and Part 4, Article 174.1), for which he faces up to 10 years in prison. To compensate for the damage, the court imposed a security arrest on the property of the top manager and his wife for the amount of 31 million rubles. - shares in seven companies (from 25% to 100%), non-residential premises, land and transport. In the near future, the siloviki intend to obtain in court a warrant for his absentee arrest and send him to Interpol. The case against Mr. Saloha has been allocated to a separate proceeding.

In June 2018, Mr. Boyvalov completed his acquaintance with the materials of the multi-volume case. With the charges brought against him, the businessman did not agree.

OOO Glavnosibirskstroy-2 was established in 2001 with an authorized capital of more than 58.4 million rubles. The company was a developer of a residential complex on the street. To complete the second stage of the housing complex (two more entrances), the buyers of the apartments created a building cooperative, additional funds for these purposes were estimated at almost 180 million rubles.
