The partners do not disclose the exact amount of investments, but, according to Vardanyan himself, "the money is small", he is interested in the "club" infrastructure. A source familiar with the terms of the deal estimated it at $ 10 million. Almost all this money will go to develop the infrastructure of the business community of Atlanta, Voronin, according to Vardanyan, will receive a "small payment".
Voronin holds a business forum "Atlanta" from 2016. The event is attended by prominent politicians and businessmen, for example, in 2017 one of the guests was Mikhail Fridman.
